Yemi’s superpower is to meet people wherever they are, even with intense disagreement. In staying curious with a trained ability to tap into empathy she is able to reach a common ground that avoids a ‘zero sum gain’ scenario.
She asks high quality questions to empower individuals, teams and organisations to be pivotal to their transformation process
Yemi's diverse skill set having worked in and managed her own consultancy is part of her unique approach to working with teams and organisations to solve some of their most complex problems.
She fuses her analytical thinking from her engineering experience with her creative mindset, which she is currently using as her methodology for her research on transforming the impacts of distressing events.

First we need to understand what problem we think we are solving. Not the surface problem but the underlying issue.
Recognising the difference through radical honesty, that doesn't trigger a blame cycle, therefore allowing real solutions to be formed.
Once we are radically honest with the problems we are trying to solve, the team will need to acknowledge the cost of continuing to do things the way they have been doing them.
This allows collective buy-in to get to the process of resolution.
Pssss......it also reduces the chances of conscious or unconscious sabotage
